Abstract (EN): Let G be a (n, k, a, c)-strongly regular graph with adjacency matrix A with three distinct eigenvalues. We associate to A a three dimensional Euclidean Jordan algebra V, spanned by I-n and the natural powers of A. Then, we establish new inequalities on the parameters of G by considering convergent series of Hadamard powers of the idempotents of the unique complete system of orthogonal idempotents of V associated to A.
