Resumo (PT):
Recorrentemente, o património cultural não tem a sua proteção assegurada em situação
de emergência, conduzindo a danos irreversíveis. Torna-se essencial investir em estratégias de
gestão que considerem efetivamente a previsão, prevenção e resposta à emergência, e posterior
recuperação. Considera-se crucial a constituição, organização concertada, (in)formação e o treino
dinâmico de equipas multidisciplinares, multiprossionais, multigeracionais e multicontextuais,
integradoras das comunidades com potencial de intervenção, atendendo à eliminação/mitigação
de riscos e, em caso de ocorrência, à resposta ecaz e, o mais possível, eciente à emergência,
controlando-a e dela recuperando. Pretende-se apresentar as virtudes inerentes à existência de tais
equipas, bem como uma proposta de modelo de organização multiescalar.
Abstract (EN):
Recurrently, cultural heritage has not ensured its protection in emergency situations,
leading to irreversible damage. It is essential to invest in management strategies that eectively
consider the prediction, prevention and emergency response, and subsequent recovery. Is
considered crucial the constitution, concerted organization, (in)formation and dynamic training
of multidisciplinary, multiprofessional, multigenerational and multicontextual teams, integrating
communities with potential for intervention, given the elimination/mitigation of risks and, in case
of occurrence, the eective and, as much as possible, ecient response to emergency, controlling
it and recovering from it. e aim of this paper is to present the virtues inherent to the existence
of such teams as well as a proposal for a multiscale organization model.
