Abstract (EN):
Disabilities, and in this case a visual impairment must not be an impediment to the access
to a job and to work. The creation of a Good Practices Guide capable of helping the integration of blind
people and with low vision in the workplace revealed to be complementary and fundamental, as the job
constitutes preponderant factor for the social and economic independent and autonomy of every citizen
and the health and safety at work a fundamental condition for integration.
