Jorge Santos, graduated in Computer Engineering in the field of Information Systems, and specialized in the Master's Degree in Knowledge and Decision Technologies, has extensive experience in the development of information systems and web solutions for the digitalization of internationalization in Higher Education.

Collaborating with the International Relations Office of the Rectorate of the University of Porto, he has a history of working in multidisciplinary teams, representing the University of Porto in international contexts and contributing to the architecture and implementation of management and interoperability tools in European digitalization projects in Higher Education.
