Has a degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences - Multimedia Communication from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of U.Porto and completed his postgraduate studies in Human-Computer Interaction at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He graduated with a Master in Multimedia (Education) from the Faculty of Engineering of U.Porto with an exploratory study regarding the use of educational video.

Currently, works as an Instructional Designer at the Educational Technologies unit where he provides guidance and training for teachers regarding strategies for the pedagogical use of digital tools; the inclusion of students with special needs; and the use of educational video. Deeply committed to video production, he has been a part of the online courses development task force at the University of Porto, and regularly collaborates in both national and international projects with Higher Education institutions on E-learning and the use of technologies, His interests are related to training, usability, accessibility, and the use of technology in education.
