Psychologist in the field of intervention and career development and vocational guidance, with a degree and a Master's degree from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto.
Effective member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association and with a European certificate in Psychology - Europsy, by the EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists Associations). Member of the Advisory Board for Higher Education of the DRN - OPP (North Regional Delegation of the Portuguese Psychologists Association).
Certified in Career Management, have been working for 15 years in the area of career management and vocational guidance, having started my professional career at the Faculty of Engineering of the U.Porto, where I was responsible for the area of Business and Career Cooperation, having created, among other activites, programmes and activities related to skills development, recruitment and career development for FEUP students, alumni and companies (FEUP Career Path) and coordinated the FEUP CAREER FAIR (job and career fair).
I'm currently working at U.Porto Talento e Carreira, whose main objective is to create a Career Community for building sustainable careers for U.Porto students and alumni. Responsible for the creation and development of UPgrade, a program for the development of transversal skills, and other programmes for the career development of students, including PhD students, and graduates. Ambassador of the EUGLOH Alliance since 2022.
Lecturer at FEUP until 2014 in Curricular Units related to Employability Skills and currently at some faculties in U.Porto in Curricular Units related to Career Management and Personal Marketing.
