Pedro Strecht Ribeiro is responsible for the Data, Architectures, and Interoperability Unit, which is part of the Information Systems Service at Universidade do Porto Digital (UPdigital).

PhD in Informatics Engineering, in Machine Learning, from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), where the Master’s in Computer Engineering and Computing and the Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering, in the field of Telecommunications, Electronics, and Computers, were also completed.

At UPdigital, responsibilities include:

• Consulting on information systems and interoperability;

• Data extraction, processing, and analysis;

• Application of knowledge discovery and machine learning techniques;

• Software development and database design;

• Requirements elicitation and analysis.
