The Service of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement of Education ensures the development, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of ICBAS’s educational quality system, overseeing processes of evaluation, accreditation, and pedagogical alignment across all study cycles and continuing education.

The responsibilities of the Service of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement of Education include:

• Managing the internal quality assurance system for education at ICBAS, namely developing monitoring instruments and promoting the implementation of continuous improvement measures;
• Organising and overseeing external evaluation, accreditation, and certification processes;
• Analysing and monitoring degree-awarding and continuing education programmes;
• Reviewing and aligning regulatory frameworks with pedagogical processes;
• Supporting the processes and organisation of the Academic Services in implementing ICBAS’s pedagogical and operational policies for education;
• Performing any other duties assigned to it.
