Objectives
Students must be able to recognize the updated examples of application of the various areas of Forensic Psychiatry. In this sense the study of topics with examples with medico-legal relevance, as focused on syllabus, prepares the student to this professional challenge. In addition, the forensic investigator, as another health care professional, must be alert to new developments in the area and be prepared for a scientifically based critical scientific attitude.
Learning outcomes and competences
Learning and tracking of Forensic Psychiatry methodologies, their importance in the evaluation of bodily harm in cases under the criminal law, civil law and labour. Particular emphasis is given to the development of the skills of professionals involved in the understanding of the various strategies to improve effectiveness in the methodologies used

The content varies depending on the location of the completion of the internship, but always directed to the deepening of knowledge in the area in which it takes place.
The contents are appropriate to deepen their skills in evaluation of capacities and dangerouseness in its different aspects. Observation, analysis, discussion and reporting in the areas of criminal law, civil and labour. As the programmatic content depends on the location of the training institution in which he follows devises a plan of training that meets the basic requirements.
