Objectives

Provide the student the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in this branch of knowledge, namely the importance in employment, civil and criminal law with connection to expert practice in various areas.

Presentation to the student of the syllabus of the curricular unit, highlighting the most important themes, considered essential for the formation of a Master's student in Forensic Medicine.

Elaboration, presentation and discussion (whenever possible in a debate format) of the work carried out by students on the topics taught or related to them.
