Teaching methods and learning activities
1 to 2 hours of theory classes per topic, with a total of 26 hours of classes throughout the semester
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching / learning methodologies will depend on the existing epidemiological situation and we can have one of the 3 scenarios:
A. Face-to-face - classes will take place in the usual manner
B. Blended format for contact hours:
. TP classes will be held with presence of some students or totally remotely via Zoom in a synchronous way with discussion of clinical cases.
C. Distance learning - this model will only be applied if the conditions for semi-face-to-face teaching are impossible due to pandemic and will be done entirely with the use of virtual patients and digital platforms.

Eligibility for exams
In normal conditions, a minimum class attendance rate of 75% is required. An absence rate of over 25% implies failure to pass the course.
Calculation formula of final grade
Considering the final evaluation (worth 70%) and the continuous evaluation (worth 30%) the final classification grade is expressed on a scale of 0-20 points, rounded off to the decimal, with a minimum necessary grade of 9,5 points for passage (less than 9,5 implies failure).
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Written final exam (valued at 70%), considering the previous continuous evaluation of 30%
Classification improvement
The possibility to improve the point grade classification is by oral exam.
