Resumo (PT): Um Relatório de Estágio Profissionalizante de uma época desportiva é a substância palpável de um período repleto de novas experiências e aprendizagens. O presente documento relata o estágio realizado no decorrer da época 2023/2024, no Sporting Clube de Braga, escalão de sub14, na modalidade de futebol e no âmbito do Mestrado de Treino Desportivo, especialização em Treino de Alto Rendimento na Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto. Após a Introdução, aborda vários temas sustentados em referências bibliográficas sobre o Estado da Arte relacionado com o Jogo e o Treino de Futebol, assim como os seus intervenientes e mais importantes conteúdos. Segue-se a Contextualização da Prática com todas as caracterizações do clube e da equipa dos sub14. Prossegue com o planeamento do processo e consequentes análises ao Desenvolvimento da Prática durante a época. Sempre perante um ponto de vista crítico, termina com várias reflexões sobre o meu Desenvolvimento Profissional, assim como do processo de treino e jogo, da gestão de um plantel e da posição do estagiário dentro da equipa técnica. O jogo de futebol é um processo coletivo, valorizado pelas individualidades. Deste modo, torna-se imperativo que o processo de formação se centralize no jogador e na potencialização do seu talento. Essa é a missão do SC Braga e deve ser o principal foco dos seus treinadores. Para tal, é necessário um espírito de partilha entre as equipas técnicas sobre o principal influenciador do jogo, o treino. Só assim é possível a consolidação de conhecimento e aprendizagens, que permite o desenvolvimento das pessoas e instituições. Além do conhecimento recolhido, deste estágio levo todas as vivências num contexto de exigência máximo de um clube referência a nível internacional, nomeadamente no futebol de formação. Por todo esse enriquecimento, esta época desportiva não só correspondeu, como superou as minhas expectativas!

Abstract (EN): A Professional Internship Report of a sports year is the tangible substance of a period filled with new experiences and learning. This document reports on the internship conducted during the 2023/2024 season at Sporting Clube de Braga, under-14 category, in the football modality, and within the scope of the Master's in Sports Training, specializing in High-Performance Training at the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. Following the Introduction, it addresses various themes supported by bibliographical references on the State of the Art related to the Game and Football Training, as well as its participants and most important contents. Next is the Contextualization of Practice with all the characterizations of the club and the under-14 team. It continues with the planning of the process and consequent analyses of the Development of Practice during the season. Always from a critical point of view, it concludes with several reflections on my Professional Development, as well as the training and game process, roster management, and the intern's position within the technical team. Football is a collective process, valued by individualities. Thus, it becomes imperative that the training process focuses on the player and the enhancement of their talent. This is the mission of SC Braga and should be the main focus of its coaches. For this, a spirit of sharing among the technical teams about the main influencer of the game, training, is necessary. Only in this way is it possible to consolidate knowledge and learning, which allows the development of people and institutions. Besides the knowledge gained, I take from this internship all the experiences in the highly demanding context of a club that is a reference at the international level, particularly in youth football. For all this enrichment, this sports season not only met but exceeded my expectations!
