I am a specialist in intertidal biogeography, studying the processes and mechanisms driving species distributions. Most of my work focus on the study of the mechanistic links between climate, thermal stress, physiology and macro-ecological processes. My research brings together a variety of disciplines, including climatology, biogeography, electronics, experimental ecology, behaviour, physiology and modelling. My field studies are currently being carried out along the entire Atlantic (E and W coasts, in both hemispheres).
