Main research interests/skills: Research activities encompass both fundamental and clinical aspects, primarily focusing on cardiovascular sciences and veterinary cardiology. Topics of interest include heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, cardiac imaging, and dirofilariasis. Clinical work at the UPVET Veterinary Hospital of the University of Porto, specializing in veterinary cardiology.
