Aquatic Environment Sciences is a course from Applied Biology field, started in 1981 and is accredited by the national professional board of Biologists. During the four years of interdisciplinary and broad-based studies, the graduate students take transferable skills Wrom: Every student takes a research project or project course at the final year.

Graduates embark on careers in both the public and private sectors including environmental monitoring and management, fisheries and aquacultures industries, research and teaching (high school, university and public aquariums).
