Objectives
Principles of Reputation Management and Crisis Management in the internal dynamics, community and Media.
The exposure and challenges of Social NetworksTimes demand that professionals, public organs and entities are increasingly exposed to the public's judgment.
Communication strategies are thus fundamental segments of understanding, approaches and techniques that prepare us for this role as an active health agent, where exposure is inevitable but often unexpected. Poor communication in these circumstances can jeopardize a career, an entire institution and brand, or be a priceless loss of opportunity on everyone's behalf.
Learning outcomes and competences
At the end it is intended that students are able to decode technical messages, adapt the language to the target audience, have in mind the concepts and strategies of Reputation Management and Crisis Management, be active agents of Health through Communication and are able to speak to the media.They will also be able to design and present Public Health Campaigns.

2 - Crisis Management - Principles and analysis of events, communication options and intervention of different actors
3 - Communication Campaigns - Analysis and implementation of new campaigns
4 - Understanding and Speaking to the Media
5 to 8 - Sharing knowledge from different expert guests
9 - Science Communication. The importance of Language
10 - Communication Scenarios; practical exercises
The themes of the program explore and systematize the practical knowledge to be acquired through dynamic classes, with the contribution of teachers with experience in the subjects, with the aim of consolidating other communication skills increasingly pressing

Teaching methods and learning activities
Theoretical and practical classesApplication of powerpoints, scientific articles, essays, interviews and reports from various media.
Type of evaluation: Final Avaliation with final pratical exam
Terms of frequency: Obtaining 9.5 in the final evaluation, attending 2/3 of the classes and completing the required assignments.
Formula Evaluation: The assessment in the discipline consists of the completion of assignments (2 points), participation in theoretical-practical classes (1 point) and completion of the final work (17 points)

Final Presentation = Public Health Campaign = 70%
