1 - Study of feeds. Systems for the physico-chemical analysis of feeds (Weende and Van Soest).
2 - Study of nutrients; carbohydrates; lipids;proteins, vitamins and minerals and their deficiencies.
3 - Digestibility.
4 - Feed energy and its partition in the animal body. Bomb calorimeter and animal calorimetry.
5 - Feed protein quality.
6 - Feeding standards for maintenance and growth.
7 - Feeding standards for reproduction and lactation.
8 - Formulation of compound feeds for animals.
9 - Nutrition of dairy cows.
10 - Nutrition of pigs and poultry.
11-Nutrition pathology in the clinics of cows and calves.
12-Nutrition of dogs and cats.
