PhD Experimental and clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology
The PhD Program in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology is the result of collaboration between three faculties of U.Porto (FMUP, FFUP, ICBAS). The Program seeks to offer advanced education and training in the different areas covered, promoting excellence through research at the cutting edge of scientific knowledge, according to the learning objectives for doctoral programs recommended by the ORPHEUS/AMSE/WFME Task Force document "Standards for PhD Education in Biomedicine and Health Sciences in Europe".
The Program lasts eight semesters and has a total of 240 ECTS. It is intended for undergraduates or masters in Medicine or in Biological and Health Sciences, but also from other backgrounds.
