Objectives
By the end of the Curricular Unit (CU) students should demonstrate:
- Theoretical knowledge about Organizational phenomena and the way these phenomena are influenced and influence psychological factors and processes related with individual and group behaviour;
- Knowledge about the bases of individual and group behaviours and organizational structure.

Calculation formula of final grade
- Final Exam (40% of the final grade) – the exam comprehends multiple choice questions and short development ones;
- Oral lectures and papers (40% of the final grade);
- Individual performance (20% of the final grade) – peer appraisal.
To complete the UC students should obtain a minimal 10 points classification (following nº 2, Article nº 5 of the Evaluation Regulations in FPCEUP).
Classification improvement
Students can require an improvement exam once, in one of the following evaluations periods immediately after the period in which they got their approval at the Curricular Unit (CU) and once the UC predicts a evaluation period (following nº 1, Article 11 of the Evaluation Regulations in FPCEUP).
