Calculation formula of final grade
The students’ evaluation at the UC is the result of an exam (75% of the final grade) and a paper (25% of the final grade). The paper (a group activity) consists in a critical review of an empirical journal paper in the area of Organizational Psychology.
To complete this UC students should obtain a minimal 8 points in each of the two evaluation elements (exam and paper). Reproving one of them represents failing the UC.
Examinations or Special Assignments
Critical review of an empirical journal paper in the area of Organizational Psychology.
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Students with special needs should acknowledge it to the Support Unit (Serviço de Apoio) in the beginning of the Semester in order the teacher is informed.
Classification improvement
Students have the possibility to improve their final classification in the UC through a new final exam. They can require it once, in one of the following evaluations periods immediately after the period in which they got their approval at the UC.
