Calculation formula of final grade
In the evaluation of this UC there are 2 components:
a) Collective work for the Module 1 (50%); and
b) Colletive work for the Module 2 (50%).
The final classification is obtained by weighting the evaluation components outlined above. The ratings in each of the components and the final classification will be communicated to students on a scale of 0 to 20.
Failure to perform one component implies a rating of 0 values in this component and the immediate failure of the UC. In case of failure in a componente the group may deliver a new work at the second time of evaluation.
As regulated, the minimum score required is 8 points in each component.
The final grade at UC corresponds to the average of the marks obtained in each of the evaluation components.
Classification improvement
As prescribed,
- It is possible to improve the classification once only, up to two terms after the term in which the student passed and in which the curricular unit has a planned evaluation;
- The improvement of the classification obtained in the UC will be possible with the reformulation of the work (Report) with the lowest result;
- In case of disapproval in one of the works, the group can deliver a new work at the time of appeal.
