Abstract (EN): In the review some of the molecular alterations that can relate to the neoplastic development of well differentiated thyroid carcinomas (follicular and papillary carcinoma) and of the so-called Hurtle cell carcinomas are described. Diagnostic and/or prognostic significance of the most recent findings is discussed.
