Abstract (EN): Landscape is one of the concepts whose definition—non-consensual and variable in the epistemological context of Geography—is assumed to be the visible and perceived space, constituting the tangible expression of the dynamic combination of physical, biological and anthropic elements over time. In this sense, it brings together the past and present, revealing the history of socio-economic, political and cultural transformations that occurred in conjunction with environmental characteristics. Thus, it integrates a legacy bequeathed by the societies that built it and supports current changes. The main objective of this paper is to present and discuss work projects developed by Portuguese Geography students from two levels of education—basic/secondary and Geography undergraduate studies—based on the perspective of landscape as heritage. The unifying idea of all the works lies in a compromised/integrated perspective of natural and cultural heritage, which we must promote and preserve to enhance the appreciation and development of territories. Project goals and methods have been adapted to meet specific characteristics and needs of each educational level, particularly concerning the selection of appropriate geospatial technologies.
