Apresentação Pessoal

Fernando Fernandez-Llimos is professor at the Laboratory of Pharmacology, Department of Drug Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Porto, and integrated member of the UCIBIO - Research Unit on Applied Molecular Biosciences.

Fernando Fernandez-Llimos graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences by the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain) and obtained his PhD in Drug Research and Development with focus on Drug Information by the University of Granada (Spain). He also obtained Master in Sciences degrees by the University of Santiago de Compostela, the University of Valencia, and a MBA by the Vigo Business School. He obtained the Habilitation in 2019 by the University of Lisbon (Portugal), where he was professor and member of the Institute for Medicines Research (iMed.ULisboa) for 12 years.

His research interests are about drug information, with special emphasis on evidence synthesis, and in design and assessing clinical pharmacy services. He shares these interests with a passion by the sea, being scuba diver instructor and sailing skipper.
