The Master's Degree in Health Products of Natural Origin is designed to train highly qualified professionals who are prepared to work throughout the value chain of natural products with health applications.
This master's degree has a multidisciplinary concept, with strong links to innovation, sustainability and biotechnology, and is designed for those who aspire to a career in research centres, the pharmaceutical industry, specialised laboratories or organisations linked to health and natural products.
Throughout the master's programme, students will have the opportunity to explore:
- The sustainable production of natural raw materials;
- Techniques for extracting, characterising and assessing the bioactivity of natural compounds;
- The discovery and optimisation of bioactive molecules with therapeutic potential, using cutting-edge technologies and biotechnological processes;

- Rigorous assessment of the quality, safety and efficacy of health products of natural origin;
