Objectives
To provide the students with a good knowledge of Health Law.
Learning outcomes and competences
The student should be able, at the end of the course, to identify and relate the applicable legislation in the health care sector. The student should be able to autonomously research and compile legal sources, and identify legal solutions for each of the situations within the Health Law program.
Working method
Presencial
Pre-requirements (prior knowledge) and co-requirements (common knowledge)
Theoretical classes accompanied by case discussions and distribution of support elements for study.
