The Documentation and Information Service is responsible for making bibliographic and informational resources available to the whole School.
The Library
The main objectives of the Library are to:
Collect, acquire and process information and documentation, whether physical or digital, and make these available for consultation on an in-person, online or loan basis;
Support users by guiding their catalogue searches and use of information and documentation;
Enable access to documentation not available in the Library’s collection through interlibrary loans.
Creating the basis for an informational policy and strategy to support institutional management and maintaining an updated census of the institutional documentation accumulated at FEP, evaluating it regularly;
Promoting the creation of the Digital Archive by digitalising physical documentation and preserving the digital documentation stored on the different platforms and databases used by the School;
Contribute towards the creation of an electronic management system for current documentation, physically and digitally archiving it in a manner that ensures its preservation;
Contribute towards the creation and preservation of FEP’s institutional memory.
