Program
The Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto and the CIBIO / InBIO Associate Laboratory annually organize several specialized courses in Biodiversity and Evolution at CIBIO / InBIO. These courses cover specialized topics, such as Applied Population Ecology, Multivariate Analysis for Ecology and Evolution, Ecological Modeling, Environmental DNA, use of R in Ecology and Evolution, Archeogenetics, among other topics. The courses are available on the BIODIV website:
http://www.biodiv.pt/seminars-and-advanced-courses
Students can also attend courses other than those offered; however, they must have the agreement of the professors responsible for UC. Thus, students can choose a topic that they consider relevant to their work, and for which they have not yet acquired the necessary knowledge and skills.
