Objectives






The mais objective os subject of Spatial Planning is to acquire skills in issues related to Municipal Spatial Planning Plans, in particular the figure of the Urbanisation Plan (PU) and its articulation with the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) and Detailed Plan (PP).

Acquire skills in issues related to landscape management, focusing on Municipal Spatial Planning Plans, in particular the figure of the Urbanisation Plan (PU) and its articulation with the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) and Detailed Plan (PP).

Teaching methods and learning activities






Realization of an exercise, divided in 3 phases, 2 in group and 1 individual, its presentation, discussion and defense.

Throughout the exercise the students are questioned and led to reflect on their proposals and learnings.

In each phase a qualitative evaluation will be carried out in five levels (A, B, C, D and E).

The final evaluation is quantitative with the scale of 0 to 20 values.

In phases 1 and 2, carried out in a group, the individual performance of each student will be taken into account for the final evaluation, given the dynamics in the respective group.
