Objectives

It is intended with this curricular unit enable students to the pursuit of a monograph of end of course of scientific nature, as well as sensitizing them to the realities of the food industry

Prepare a monograph. Present and discuss a Project of dissertation.

To write a monograph: formal aspects. Structure of the monograph: analysis of the constituent elements of a monograph. Preparation of oral presentations: time management. Key topics to be addressed in the presentation of the monograph. Seminars. Tutorial guidance of Monographs.
