Objectives
Develop the following practical skills:
1. ability to read thematic maps and topographic maps;
2. characterizing the environmental status of a water line;
3. monitoring of water and soil in the surrounding of a landfill;
4. determining the vulnerability of a coastal sector;
5. ability to evaluate, statistically, a drainage network;
6. ability to assess the senses of seepage on core directions of drainage within a porous medium.
Learning outcomes and competences
The contents of this course emphasize the acquisition and further understanding of the concepts, and respective interrelationships, related to the natural phenomena.
The main scenarios of occurrence of phenomena able to generate in a reflective and integrative perspective in the fields of the correspondent basic science domains.Working method
