Teaching methods and learning activities

The syllabus provided will be treated in the lectures, which will introduce the relevant proposed concepts and demonstrate some of the results. In the lectures countless problems and application examples will also be solved.

Practical classes will be offering exercises and will give the necessary support to the students for their understanding and resolution. All learning objectives have direct correspondence with the programmed contents described, being the subject of work in different types of classes provided.

Software

MATLAB

Evaluation Type

Distributed evaluation with final exam

Assessment Components

designation Weight (%)
Exame 75,00
Trabalho laboratorial 25,00
Total: 100,00

Eligibility for exams

Frequência nas TP ou nota mínima no MiniTeste de 6.0/20

Calculation formula of final grade

  • Regime normal 1 mini-teste (MT) + 1 exame final (EF) + 1 trabaho prático (TP)

Classificação final = máx [0.6*EF+0.4*MT, EF] *0.75 + 0.25* TP

  • Outros regimes : Exame final + 1 trabalho prático/síntese

  Classificação final = (0.75 * EF + 0.25 TP)

Classificações superiores a 17 ficam sujeitas a exame oral.
