Understand and characterize key concepts of electrostatic and magnetostatics. Know in detail the Maxwell laws. Identify and characterize electromagnetic waves, the phenomena of reflection, refraction and interference. Formulate electrodynamics with potentials and know the processes involved in the emission of electromagnetic waves. Understand the theory of relativity and its consequences for kinematics and dynamics. Understand the relativistic formulation of the electromagnetic field.
