- Sub-criterion 2-curriculum analysis (50%)

Criterion 2-Merit and feasibility of the work programme (50%)
- Sub-criterion 1-relevance, merit and innovative nature of the plan of work (50%)
- Sub-criterion 2-feasibility of the work programme with regard to quality conditions of the supervisor team and research unit (50%)
Tie-breaking criteria of candidates:
- the criterion of merit and feasibility of the work programme, will be used to order the candidates tied
