Landscape architects are able to communicate and work with a large range of professions and leading multidisciplinary projects. They often work with architects, town planners, engineers, artists, historians, archaeologists, biologists, ecologists, geographers, among others. They can join landscape architecture offices, as well as architecture, city planning or civil engineering offices. They can also work for municipalities and central administration bodies, public or private institutions that own or manage parks and gardens, contractors, nurseries. Landscape architects are trained to set up their businesses, including their own private practices.
