The period for enrolment and registration curricular in units will take place online between September 4th (from 2pm) and September 8th, 2023. To enrol, you must use the access credentials used in your application. The registration in curricular units that make up the Study Plan (1st and 2nd semester) is mandatory. After enrolling, you must access the system with your student credentials (upXXXXXXXXX) and select the curricular units you want. |

Before enrolling, we alert you to the importance of reading the information regarding Regulations and Tuition fee, namely Registration as a Full time or Partial time student, Student Worker Status and Attendance withdrawal.
At the end of the enrolment process, by clicking “Enrolment and registration”, you will be automatically acquiring all the duties and rights of a regular student of the University of Porto, according to the legislation and regulatory standards in place. You will be subject to the fulfilment of the payment of academic insurance, tuition fee and other applicable fees.
For candidates whose application has not been accepted, if there are any vacancies left after registrations are completed, as not all accepted candidates have chosen to register, there will be an additional period for expressing their interest in registering. The Post-Graduation Office will send an e-mail with this information and if the student still wishes to register, they must reply stating their intention within two working days after receiving the email.
If there are any vacancies remaining, the faculty services will contact the candidates who have expressed their interest in enrolling following the ranking list (non-placed order number).
In order to comply with recent national regulations (Ordinance nº 111/2019, from April 12th), regarding the process of issuing visas for foreign students placed in Portuguese Universities, we hereby request that you inform us the consular post which is responsible for issuing your visa. The information must be sent via e-mail to lucinda.pinto@fc.up.pt.
Our Rectory will send this information to the Directorate-General for Consular Affairs and Portuguese Communities, to expedite the procedures for issuing visas. However, this information does not exempt the process between the student and the consular post.

The official duration of the master degree is of two academic years, when attended in full time regime (registration in 60 ECTS each academic year, 120 ECTS in total). When attended in partial time the duration becomes of at least three academic years, depending on the number of ECTS taken each year. You can consult the Regulation of the Part-Time Student Regime at UPorto (PT only).
The tuition fee will depend on the number of ECTS of have enrolled. You can check the tuition fees on the page of the respective course.
