You should log in https://sigarra.up.pt/fcup and click in your name.
On the right side options menu, click in “UPorto Card” and follow these steps (images below):

You should submit a passport-like photo, that can be submitted in 2 ways:

• by direct capture if you have a webcam on your computer;
• by submitting a jpg file with 200 pixels high by 160 pixels wide.
  If you choose this solution and cannot frame the photo to 200x160 values, use the following page to optimize the framing.

After the photo is inserted into the system and validated by the IT Services, you can continue with the U.Porto Card request.
