Before enrolling, we alert you to the importance of reading the information regarding Regulations and Tuition fee, namely Registration as a Full time or Partial time student, Student Worker Status and Attendance withdrawal.
At the end of the enrolment process, by clicking “Enrolment and registration”, you will be automatically acquiring all the duties and rights of a regular student of the University of Porto, according to the legislation and regulatory standards in place. You will be subject to the fulfilment of the payment of academic insurance, tuition fee and other applicable fees.
In order to comply with recent national regulations (Ordinance nº 111/2019, from April 12th), regarding the process of issuing visas for foreign students placed in Portuguese Universities, we hereby request that you inform us the consular post which is responsible for issuing your visa. The information must be sent via e-mail to lucinda.pinto@fc.up.pt.
Our Rectory will send this information to the Directorate-General for Consular Affairs and Portuguese Communities, to expedite the procedures for issuing visas. However, this information does not exempt the process between the student and the consular post.
Students who hold or have applied to a FCT Scholarship, or whose tuition fees must be charged to an external institution, must send proof to pos.graduacao@fc.up.pt.
