Georeferencing of geological map using geodetic vertices; digitization of points, lines and polygons on the chart; export to KML and open in Google earth
Introduction to AutoCAD Map 3D: georeferencing an image and opening it in AutoCAD; Scanning of polygon bounding lines; Addition of centroid and its attributes
Creation of a topological structure of polygons in AutoCAD Map 3D; Export in shapefile format; Open the exported file in QGIS / ArcGIS
Preparation of thematic maps in Geology using GIS (Arc Gis)
Use in these softwares of mathematical operations between 2D models, with several mathematical operations, conversions, imports and exports of models.
Methodologies for obtaining information on the ground. Conversions between different coordinate systems, scale changes, rotations and translations.
Creation of final maps using raster and vector data, including text, scales, legends and other conventional elements.
