To teach the theoretical and pratical knowledge required to deal with geospatial data, in terms of thei acquisition, structuring, manipulation, query and analysis in a GIS.
At the end of the course students will know the methods for GIS data collection, their structuring, validation and representation. They will also be able to carry operations of GIS data analysis, both in vector and raster domains.
