Eligibility for exams
The practical evaluation will be made by an exam carried out in the last practical class for all students enrolled in the course (4 values). Only those students who have not exceeded the limit of absences to practical classes are admitted to the exam.Calculation formula of final grade
Theoretical exam - 16 points; Practical assessment - 4 points Approval in the course: Students who obtain a final grade of 9.5 or higher are approved. Practical assessment: The practical assessment will be done by exam in the last practical class for all students enrolled in the course (4 values). Theoretical Evaluation: Written exam done at the time of exams. There are no oral exams.
Students who have had a practical evaluation in the previous year may choose to keep the grade of this evaluation, being exempted from a new practical exam. If they wish to retake the exam (students who have applied for exemption from practical classes and students to improve their grade) they should contact the practice managers to be included in one of the practical examination shifts to be held during the last week of classes.
Time of Appeal: Students who missed the theoretical exam in the 1st period of examinations keep the grade of the practical evaluation; Students who failed in the 1st period of exams or students enrolled in grade improvement: - can keep the grade of the practical assessment or may request the teachers of the practices (until 7 days before the date of the theoretical exam) a new practical exam, which will be carried out on the day scheduled for the theoretical examination of the appeal period. In this case the previous note is not kept, only the note of this practical evaluation.
