Paulo Talhadas dos Santos, Ph.D. in Biology (Animal Ecology) is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto, where he teaches Marine Ecology, Conservation Biology, Management and Conservation of Natural Resources, Biodiversity and also Environmental Education. Member of CIIMAR, Interdisciplinary Center for Marine and Environmental Research, carries out its research in the areas of characterization and ecosystem management for biodiversity and quality, especially in marine and estuarine areas and also fisheries biologyand spatial planning. Papers on aquatic ecology, fisheries biology and land management. He was responsible and / or collaborative element in several research projects in ichthyology, marine and estuarine ecology, environmental impact assessments and strategic plans and coastal zone management plans.More:
