Teaching methods and learning activities

a. Expositive method (theory class) – to organize in a hierarchic way, ideas of each discussion theme and to explore critic courage in clinical nutrition and diet therapy.

b. Demonstration and questioning method (theory-practical class) - discussion and presentation of clinical cases, to merge knowledge with an active participation of the student. These classes could be used to presentation of short seminaries in the discipline scope.
c. Active and question method (laboratorial classes) – to teach: how to evaluate nutritional state and food intake in patients, methods to calculate nutritional individual therapy, its implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Evaluation with final exam

Calculation formula of final grade

- Evaluation will be made by final exam
- Final exam will be written, with a theory part (50%) and a practice part (50%). Final classification will be rounded to units.
- Theory could be comprise with multiple choose questions, or by true or false statements, and could only be included development questions.
- Practice exam will be a clinical case to be solve with a rightly food plan.
- The student will be approved equal or up to 9,5values.
- workers students will have the same evaluation method.
