Resumo (PT):
Abstract (EN): Experimental traction curves obtained in a twin-disk machine for the Mobil Jet Oil II, corresponding to the MIL-L-23699 specification, are presented and analyzed. These experimental results were obtained for wide ranges of the rolling speed, maximum Hertz pressure, inlet lubricant temperature and slide-to-roll ratio, aiming to obtain data representative of the lubricant behaviour inside the EHD contact under real operating conditions. A comparison of the behaviour of the viscoelastic and viscoelastic plastic models at a local level inside the contact is made.
