Objectives


  1. Reorganize and integrate the Training Theory and Methodology in Gymnastics knowledge;

  2. Deepen knowledge in high performance level in Gymnastics;

  3. Analysing the process of young gymnasts sports training;

  4. Get knowledge in planning, implementation, proceedings and assessment in training and in competition.

Learning outcomes and competences


  1. Get knowledge in Gymnastics scientific Research;

  2. Planning and modelling the training loads in Gymnastics;

  3. General and specific motor capacities knowledge;

  4. Get knowledge in training the technique in Gymnastics;

  5. Get knowledge of planning processin different phases (annual, monthly, weekly, training session) and states (preparation,implementation, evaluation, redesign).

  4. Planning the training process in Gymnastics. Specific characteristics of this sports;

  6. Gymnasts assessment and monitoring;

  7. Motor capacities in Gymnastics (strength, flexibility, coordination, balance);

  8. The gymnastics movement pattern;

  9. Technique training in Gymnastics;
