Abstract (EN): The basic objective of this document is to translate the user needs requirements which were identified as a result of workpackage 2 (WP2, User Needs Requirements) into a technical specification for the work to be done in WP4 (Applications Development of Home Systems) and WP5 (User Interface Development). The information contained in this report is therefore meant to provide the basic guidelines for the technical development work, but too much implementation detail has deliberately been avoided, both because only a subset of the plausible technical questions will be visible at this stage and because some of them can only by fully understood when the implementation work is more advanced. It is expected that the application description and scenarios presented will be effective in guiding the implementation of the User Application Code that will be presented in each complex device and feature controller.
