Objectives

Knowledge and understanding of the different ways of designing and implementing vocational training, demonstrating the ability to integrate the different theoretical and methodological contributions explained in theoretical courses, field work and practical exercises, as well as in formal evaluation moments.
Ability to clearly, precisely and consistently organize arguments and justify theoretical and methodological options in different situations.
Ability to produce original reflections and processes to address the issues to be studied.
Ability to be self-critical and to understand the point of view of one's interlocutors (clients, partners, intervention targets).

Eligibility for exams

Classes are subject to verification of attendance. Students who miss more than 25% of predicted classes will not be subject to assessment.

Calculation formula of final grade

In the evaluation of the curricular unit the following components are weighted:
a) classroom
presentation of a worker lifelong and lifewide training- 70%;
bclassroom presentation of a text - 30%.
The final classification is obtained by weighting the evaluation components outlined above.
The ratings in each of the components and the final classification will be communicated to students on a scale of 0 to 20.

Observations

Special situations concerning the evaluation will be discussed with the teaching team at the beginning of the UC.
