Observations

1. This unit is provided by 4 professors, distributed by areas of professionalization;

2.The Seminar is organized internally according to two types of pedagogical work by area:
- firstly, with an expository character, each of the areas of professionalization in Education Sciences (themes, problems and contexts) (1 class per area for all students) will be presented.
- in a second moment, of field work with follow-up seminar and / or tutorial orientation, the students will be allocated to the different areas.
3. After the classes of presentation of the 4 areas of professionalization, the students will be distributed evenly by the areas for the development of the field work. If necessary, the distribution of students through the areas of professionalization obeys the norms established by the Pedagogical Council of the FPCEUP;
4. This unit takes precedence over the SIMF of the 6th semester.
5. Considering the desired articulation between the Seminar of the 5th and 6th semesters, it is expected that at the end of this curricular unit, the identification of the institution where the External Contact Unit (SIMF of the 6th semester) will be carried out.
