Objectives

The UC dissertation / internship / project supervision aims to create conditions that allow students to:

- to design and develop a research / intervention work in the field of adult education and training, theoretically and methodologically sustained and grounded;

- prepare a master's dissertation, internship report or project report;

- present and publicly discuss the work done.

Learning outcomes and competences

In close articulation with the development of the Dissertation / Internship / Project, this UC intends to contribute to the students to construct an in depth reflection theoretically and methodologically that plays a regulating role of their action of research and intervention.

In this sense it is expected that in the context of this uc the students:
- mobilize procedures for research, critical analysis and systematization of relevant information on theoretical and methodological frameworks in the area of ​​adult education and training;
- carry out processes of reflection on action, action and action that allow the development of an investigation and / or intervention sensitive to the specifics of the contexts and potentiator of its transformation, promoting a professionally ethically anchored and inducing innovation at the level of practices in the field of adult education and training;
- develop capacities for systematization and critical analysis of research and intervention processes, allowing a return in a structured, coherent, clear and well articulated way to their return to the host entities
the stage or recipients of the project and the dissemination of the praxeological contributions of the work done and the knowledge produced.

Teaching methods and learning activities

The work to be carried out in Supervision takes into account the specificity of ongoing processes (research, intervention, project design) as well as the social contexts they involve. In this sense, the pedagogical work to be developed is essentially based on a process of Tutorial Orientation, implying that students in advance research and systematize bibliography, data, field notes, provisional texts and any other elements that allow the development of a qualified dialogue with the Advisor.

INTERNSHIP / PROJECT
In close articulation with the development of the Internship / Project, the Supervision Unit intends to contribute to the students to construct an in-depth reflection theoretically and methodologically that plays a regulating role of their action. In this sense it is expected that in this
students:
- mobilize procedures for research, critical analysis and systematization of relevant information on theoretical and methodological frameworks in the area of ​​adult education and training;
- carry out reflection processes on action, action and action that allow the development of an intervention sensitive to the specifics of the contexts and
which promotes its transformation, promotes ethically anchored professionalism and promotes innovation in practices in the field of adult education and training;
- to develop systematization and critical analysis of the internship / project design and development process, allowing a return to partner entities in a structured, coherent, clear and well articulated manner and dissemination of the praxeological contributions of the work carried out.
