Eligibility for exams
The assessment in this course will be conducted based on an individual written assignment in which students discuss in a reflexive manner the framework developed during the semester.
The final essay can be delivered by students that assisted at least at 75% of the classes but didn’t obtain a mark equal or superior to 10 in the formative assessment. In this case, the final reflection represents 100% of the final mark and all the marks from the formative evaluation will be ignored.
The lack of realisation/presentation of some activity mentioned above will lead to the failure at this subject.
THE STUDENT WORKERS THAT ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES ON A REGULAR BASIS NEED TO CONTACT THE TEACHER IN THE BEGGINING OF THE YEAR IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH THE WORK TO BE PRESENTED FOR A SUCCESFUL GRADE.
Calculation formula of final grade
The final mark is established according to the marks obtained in the following activities:
- Individual written assignment on the topics addressed in the module: 70%.
- Student participation in the classroom and a short reflection on films in articulation with compulsory bibliographic references. This activity is marked from 0 to 20 points: 30%.
In summary:
(30%+70% = 100%)
